code 15 code 15 code 15!!!!! WTF!!!! I get a code 15, and I replaced...........

I replaced:

dizzy
cap & rotor
ECU
plugs
wires

and the car still just randomly shuts down
and will crank but not restart

I don't get it!!! help!!!!

check the black/yellow wire going to the starter and check all grounds

code 15 genereally means the distributor is going out, atleast it did for me...
