Is there any way to put a GSR head on a b16a. I have the head, intake manifold,and wiring harness. Would it make a difference in performance?
Is it worth trying? If not what is involved in the cr/vtec conversion. I know I need the B20 bottom end what else? Any help would be great.

 

GSR head will fit, performancewise the GSR head will yield higher compression. Looks like you have everything to put the head on the block. You'll probably need the GSR ECU depending on what b16 you currently have.
