Default B16 head on GSR motor

I have a B16 head in my garage, and I am still debateing between a LS/VTEC and a GSR swap. I know I can get better power from LS/VTEC. But cops here are dicks and pop your hood when the hear even the slight noise so i wanted to build something refable. My question is if I put a B16 head on a B18C1 (gsr motor) would I get any more power from it? and hight compression?

just putting a B16 head on a gsr will lower compression, but if you add some piston to the mix you could have a sweet "poor mans r" a get power levels similar to a type r or even greater.
