Default b series axle problems!!!! HELP!!!!

I'm having the worst swap luck ever. Please someone help me yet again. I just got some GSR axles. I ran into a problem with the driver side. The end of the axle that goes into the intermideate shaft is too big or the intermediate shaft is too small. Is there a difference in the intermediate shaft between the B series? If so, what driver side axle do I need to get? If that's not the problem what do you think is the problem?

It has a female end. But on the axle end that would go in the intermediate shaft there is a end that has grooves in it like the end that goes to the hub. The intermediate shaft doesn't have a hole for that to go in. Do you think i have the wrong shaft or a wrong axle??
