i'm not sure but the engine horsepower rating should be the same. And the only reason people think its less horsepower with an auto is because you loose more horsepower thru the auto tranny with a torque converter. regardless if the engine is auto or manual it should be the same horsepower, its with the tranny you are using. if i'm wrong somebody please correct me on this

Correct. We've torn them down before, and the pistons, manifolds, and the cams are the same. Everything else (assumed, since there isn't anything else to change for a power decrease) is the same and same part & numbers.
