Will I have any complications mating an automatic engine with a manual transmition. Is their any difference in engine. Are the ECU's the same? If not which should I use

The motors will be the same. the ecu on the other hand may give you some problems. you can take an auto motor and use a manual tranny but still keep the
auto computer and it will still work. you can not take a manual computer and use it on the auto tranny.
