well i was surfing the web and came across this place that sold front integra clips with the b18c but came only in auto..i was wondering if i were to swap just the motor and axles and find a manual transmission will it work?? would i need a different shiftlinkage too??? thanks

Yes. Find a manual tranny and ECU and it should work, but the auto engine might have different/weaker cam profiles.

That last part is an educated guess based on Honda's history of giving auto engines weaker cams for some reason...
