Default Differences between the auto & manual v-tec motors?

Sorry guys, this topic could of been answered many times but I was short on time and did a quick search and nothing informative came through. So is there any differences between the auto & manual 94-95 v-tec engines? Is $550 a good price for the whole engine with 70k miles including the acc.? Any info. would be greatly appreciated cause I was suppose to make payment tomorrow.

Did they make auto GSR or is it just all manual? I am only purchasing the engine from them.

there are auto b16a and b18c in japan...they do have milder cams...i have a b18c auto in my crx...i also read an article on it somewhere for the b16a auto...i think they generally lose 10hp from the manuel versions...however they are suppose to have better Tq down low

So basicly, they don't have auto GSR in the U.S. because I'm getting it from a salvage yard. Thanks anyways, I guess I have to look into it further.

Wuhungsixxx,

Could you tell me a little more about your setup and what your running?

wuhungsixxx,

sorry, I've should of been more specific. I was referring to what type of motor mounts you are using and if you had any problems.

I can tell you a week from now. My mechanic just got my b16a sir-II automatic about a week ago. We are gonna swap it in next week. I'll let you know everything you need. I will have photo's and swap guide for this engine on my site as soon as I can, since theres not much info.
