Default Anyone have experience with engines from Import Builders.com

I was browsing their site and was interested to see if any one has had any experiences with their Crate Motors? Comments/feedback please. I was interested in the following one in particular, but any info is appreciated.

Call for price, or e-mail: sales@importbuilders.com

Package 5: LS/VTEC LONGBLOCK "Budget Upgrade" Package.
This is just the block, and a B16A head only. There is no distributor, no intake, no header, no wire harness.. This is a longblock. And its built. LS block, new Type-R pistons, new bearings, new oil pump (vtec), new vtec water pump, new timing belt, new LS/VTEC oil line, new head gasket, new Portflow valvetrain, with Ti retainers, new valve seals, included shipping. This is a nice replacement package for a blown up motor.

This is the perfect motor for those of you that have old VTEC motors, or old LS motors, or any B series motor in general.

I know it says call for a price, but has anyone else ever inquired on this package?
Does any other company do crate motors like this?

Thanks in advance...
