Default Any problems with ITR valves and springs into B16 head?

I am going to do this and am getting some conflicting advice. Are there any problems with this setup? I know the valve seats need to be recut, but anything else? Please advise. Thanks.

you'll need to cut the valve seats to match the ITR valves, but everything else will work fine. remember, the itr and b16 use the same head casting (PR3). when you put it together, just remember to measure your installed height.
