Default Another satisfied Hmotorsonline.com customer

Ive been scoping out alot of JDM sites for a JDM B18cR motor, tried JDMPower.net but they don't take credit cards (hmmmm) also 10-12 business days from Maryland to NJ (????????????hmmmm)

Tried JDMHondaparts but the last time a buddy of mine ordered a swap through there, yeah it started up but cylinder 1 had 0 compression.

I read about Hmotorsonline gave them a call and talked to Steve, hes a real class act, very professional and he hooked me up bigtime. Ordered the engine friday the 6th of June and will receive it tuesday, and they are from Cali. Look again at JDMpower.net 10-12 business days and maryland is about 3-4 hours from me (NJ). For those of you looking for a great price and good service, contact Steve at Hmotorsonline.

He took 2 weeks to ship mine out plus I had to be on a waiting list to order. But it was well worth it. The motor arrived in good shape. I changed out the water pump, tensioner pulley, T. belt. Oil pan gasket, rear main seal. The car runs like new. Very nice motor! Thanks Steve at hmotorsonline.

Did he send you a receipt?

I had to hound him for months for my receipt. Then I bought some Hasport mounts from him and he still hasn't sent me a receipt for those either even after I've asked.

Yes you should. The timing belt and water pump should be the first thing you replace on that thing before you pop it in. Also, I would replace the thermostat too. You gotta remember, these are USED motors.

Also, if your not stressed for time, just take your time and upgrade what you can while its out and easier to put on. Like your clutch and flywheel. Replace them while its out.

I bought a long block from him. It was $1699 + like $300 shipping. About $2,000.00 .

As far as timing belt and everything. It's worth changing it all because these motors have been sitting around awhile. The tensioner pulley on mine had rusted a bit. The timing belt can dry rot.

Mine had some funky colored Japanese anti freeze still in it. Looked good inside though. The alternator bearings are howling, so I hafta change it out.
