ahhhmmm...........CRVtec first gen Teg (56k warning)
It is my frined car
Swap was done by upgrade engineering in so cal.. and no we will never deal with them again..
What we got charged for (not sure if it was installed at all)
JE 11:1
Eagle Rods
Balance, blue print bottom
ACT clutch
Mugen program ECU
GSR cable tranny
Dont ever deal with tim from upgrade.. his a joke.. trying to charge us more, took too long to deliver.. we'r from san francisco and we call him up and he says it is ready, we go down and find the car in pieces.. racked 5000 miles on my s2000 for 2 1/2 month when he said 2 weeks.. keep asking for more down.. eventualy we paid him in full and still we were out of car for 1 month...
This swap was done about 8 months ago.. we have been having leak problems (vtec selenoid)
3-4 gear synchro (tranny was suppose to be rebuilt)
But the car runs hard.. he even tried to sell us our own axle.. we got charged 2 new axle and when I looked.. it was out old one so I asked him to take it off..

yup! i had the motor there but i took it somewhere else to get it redone! **** tim, that foo is shaddy your leaking ? Im having a oil burn somewhere in the car. He whack, i want him to go out of business. He screw over so many people like me and you!

That's why you should do the swap youself 
have fun and learn something... unless, you were just lazy and already knew how to do it, or you just didn't wan't to do all that work and had them do it.

my brother, got his ls-vtec stuff from upgrade engineering, from Tim. He is a total joke, he put in extra **** we didnt want an charged us ridiculous amounts for it, took forever to get delivered, and we didnt even get the stuff we wanted...well not all of it atleast....NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH UPGRADE ENGINEERING!!!! NO JOKE!!!
