Default Adding wires to a connector

Ok, 92-95 JDM B16A OBD1 converted to OBD2 into 99 EK. Using stock DX harness with plugs added. I had a friend add the plugs into the harness but he forgot to change the dist. for me. I picked up a OBD2 connector for the harness side of my dist. How do I add the wires from the dist to the where the harness plugs up to the ecu? How hard is it to add the pins and etc. TIA.
