Contact rewire and ask them. They make custom harnesses for almost any Honda application so I imagine they can make one for whatever you have/need/want.

Depends on the setup you plan to run.
All rywire harnesses use OBD1 ecu plugs, so you must run a obd1 ecu. You can however customize the harness so you can use obd1 or obd2 plugs like distrib/alt etc, and you choose the chassis plugs and if you want a seperate charge harness.
Also keep in mind this is a tuck harness which implies relocating fuse box and headlight wiring on older cars.
To answer your question though, it is 98% plug and play. There is a seperate charge harness in most situations and you splice 4-6 wires for power from the chassis plugs.
** iv only used them on crx's, all depends on ur setup it. but it took me less then 3mins to cut/twist the wires and fire the motor right up**
