b18a block with pr4 pistons stock rods w/ b16 head.
Will the pistons hit the valves or will it be ok?
I've been reading yes, then no's. I've asked people and some said yes and some said no...
Will it hit?
Thank you for your time!

i read yes a lot if you have an aggressive cam. i changed mine out when i built a LS/V a few eyars back. threw some p30's in there. bumps compression too

just swap em out bro instead of dealing with the problem. you need pistons with bigger valve reliefs.

the problem is money. I already have these parts. If they work I'm happy using them. I'd rather just use what I have.

no they will not hit and if you plan on boosting you do not want to put p30's in b/c you want a lower c/r. i don't know what your plans are with the motor. I have a boosted lsv(b16 head) with pr4 pistons and i have had no problem boosted and long before i boosted it.

it all depends on how much lift the cam you are using has. the only true way to tell if you have enough clearance with any piston/cam combo is to clay the motor.
...correct me if i'm wrong, but i know i'm right...
