99 jdm b20 longblock in 99 Si, not running please help
Alright as the title says complete 99 jdm b20 longblock, 99 Civic Si, b16a2 wiring harness & ecu, ls intake manifold. In case your wondering my car got stolen & along with it the b16 motor so I decided to go b20, f@$#@ bastards!! Everything is wired up as it should be with the exception of three things: EVAP PURGE CONTROL SOLENIOD VALVE since the b20 fuel rail dosent have anything to connect to it, POWER STEERING PRESSURE SWITCH--no power steering, no problem, lol and CRANKSHAFT SPEED FLUCUATION (CKF) SENSOR which dosent exist on the b20. When I start the car it turns over but then dies just as fast. If I hold down the gas pedal, it stays idling at about 400-500 rpm real rough like. Im getting 3 CEL codes: 22--VTEC SOLENIOD SWITCH & PRESSURE SWITCH which is fine, 54--CKF SENSOR, cool and 65--SECONDARY O2 SENSOR which is cool since Ive only got one O2 sensor hooked up right now anyway. The distributor has a new cap, rotor, ngk plugs & wires. Made sure the wires are in the correct firing order. My question is could it be the distributor since its jdm & my wiring harness is usdm although everything hooked up fine or could it just be the ecu?? I was told it could at least run with it until I find an obd1 ls ecu along with the obd conversion harness. Help me out!!!!

I think it's fuel maps... I believe, the 2.0L ECU has a little more aggressive fuel maps, then a stock b16.
Also the secondary o2 sensor CEL, isn't going to help either.
Check fuel, if you are running an obd1 dizzy.. which I don't see how that would be possible, unless you spliced the plugs, you should probably just get a obd2a-obd1 conversion, get a chipped LS ecu.. and go from there.. but that's just a thought.

have you set/checked the timing? Checked for vacuum leaks? adjusted idle? checked IACV (probably throw a code if bad)? checked TPS (probably throw a code if bad)? Getting fuel?, if so what pressure? Getting Spark? misfiring? Did you replace cap, rotor, plugs, wires? Maybe just ecu. Good luck, let us know how you fixed it.
