99 h22a4 in 98 accord problems
Everythings is good no codes no check engine light nothing. The timing is off according to the timing light the engine won't idle down everything seems to be top dead center even if it was off a cog it shouldn't idle high like that. What could it be>? the car seems to run good like when you get on it could it be a falty distributer or what the deal is. everything was wiried by rywire??

I am not sure if you have one, but i remember my toyota truck was doing the same thing, but anyway try checking your idle control screw on your t-body....there should be 2 screws and you can turn it to adjust the idle.
