Default 97 D16Y8 into 90 DX hatch - What's needed for complete swap?

Okay, my buddy's got a 97 D16Y8 complete swap (except for axles) that he's selling to my other friend for his 90 civic dx hatchback. I need a COMPLETE list of everything that is needed to complete the swap. He said the motor came with the tranny and ECU, but didn't say what else it came with. What else is needed for the VTEC conversion into a non-VTEC car? I know nothing about hybrids, I'm going the turbo SOHC route myself

Thanks in advance for the help

-Convert from DPFI to MPFI using your engines wiring harness
-OBD0-OBD1 ECU harness with P28 ECU with Y8 basemap
-OBD0-OBD2 Distributor Adapter
-Solder on OBD2 injector plugs
-Reuse OBD0 alternator
-Wire up VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, and 4 wire O2
-Wire fan switch from the back of the block to the thermostat housing
-Insert intake air temp sensor into your intake arm from the B2
-Reuse drivers side engine mount (mount attached to the block from the B2 engine)
-You can use the transmission but you'll need a cable to hydro kit
-Ignore knock sensor on back of block, CKF sensor on crank, EVAP purge on fuel rail
-Either use the MAP sensor on the firewall or the throttle body mounted one
-Reuse cv axles from either motor
-Sell for profit P2P ECU, knock sensor, and OBD2 alternator
