97 cl suspension swap

i was wondering if i could use components from 97+ prelude to swap out my 4 lug and make it to 5 lug

I believe you can. They share the same suspension as an Accord, which in turn share with a Prelude. You know V6 CLs and Accords were 5-lug as well.
