Default H23a1 ecu in a F22a1

I bought an 92-95 h23a1 non-vtech chipped ecu to use on my f22a1. I plugged in the ecu the car started but the idle was up and down and it wouldnt rev past 4000rpm I know that my car dosent have the knock sensor or this othe wire for PXD/RXD i dont know what that is. the car is a 92 accord and i know the 92-95 prelude S had the F22a1 will a knock sensor cause this problem?
