Default 95 Civic LX auto to manual B18b swap

First off I know the right side tranny mount will need to be moved. Has anyone done this and any specifics how far to move it, would you suggest lowering the motor in and eyeballing it? Also are the upper and lower radiator hoses going to be the same as what came on the vehicle stock, if not which would you suggest? What a/c bracket will I need to use the the stock compressor on the b18b block? Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Andy
