Default 92 DX engine into a 91 CRX DX

i have a mint 92 dx engine out of my wrecked hatch... i also have a d16z6 from an ex that i bought. i want to pull the d15b7 outta the hatch and into the crx... what is required and what wiring will i need?? eventually i want to go mini-me after i have the vtec head ported and polished. i know i need to swap to mpfi, and odb1.

any help would be much apprecieated.

You don't have to do either actually. For performance reasons you would want to convert to MPFI but it's not necessary as you can bolt the DPFI manifold to the 92 DX motor. The OBD1 wiring isn't necessary either because you simply reuse the OBD0 parts. Unless you plan on building this, running OBD1 Hondata or some reason I think converting to OBD1 would be a waste of time and $.

Only if you want to run the P28 ECU which isn't necessary.

oh, what ecu can i run to utilize vtec?

The P28 ECU is the best choice but only if you want to convert to OBD1. Or you can also use a PM6 ECU with VAFC or Field's contoller or that ECU with an MSD RPM switch. It all depends on the $ you want to spend and how well you want to tune it really.
