find a sleazy one and pay them off
That, my California brother, is the only way to do it.

correct.. you cant pay a ref off. Only smog shops.. and that only buys you 2 years.

i state ref'ed my 93 cx with a 94gsr last week. I had AEM intake, dc headers, CTR cams, dc sports exhaust and passed and now have a official BAR sticker. Just make sure you have all your emissions stuff in order and if there is aftermarket part, make sure it has a Carb-EO sticker or you wont' pass.

if you have anything that is not stock you need CARB#s...i had a comptech header on my motor when it was refed...the cam gears might pose a problem cover em up it an un-cut valve cover to make sure...make sure you stock timing is set also and you have the corrisponding(sp?) ecu...make sure you have NO codes too...

And im tired of hearing ppl say pay a ref off...NO THATS NOT GOING TO WORK...probably as hard as trying to pay a CHP officer off we are not talking about the average hole in the wall smog shop

EDIT: smog refs are TRUELY THE ONE AND ONLY SMOG *****!!!...if you BAR your hybrid you own CA's emmissions laws

any stock honda intake should work...i used a modified crx intake box mated to a gsr intake pipe on a b18c motor ...bolt it down too...and if you have a adj FPR...DITCH IT!
