Default TPS Sensor Replacement?? Options?

I need to replace my TPS sensor. Does anyone know what TPS Sensor I can swap on the S2000 TB? Also, where can I get just the TPS since Honda wants you to buy the TB.

Thanks

Yeah, it sucks. Honda wants you to buy the TB for all cars. Not just the S2000 so I am sure this is not a new issue. Assuming Honda does not reinvent the wheel for every car, hopefully I can swap one from another model.

I see that there is someone selling TPS sensors in the FS forum, for what he is asking for them, I would be willing to try the swap. But being a Newbie, I can't contact the seller.

So I was hoping someone knew what TSP I could find that will work. I have two TB that need to have the TSP changed. I have heard the the Bxx TSP will work. But like I said Honda want to sell the TB for me to get the sensor.

Thanks

The TPS usually comes with the TB because it's calibrated to the throttle plate position, hence the name.

This diagram shows the TPS on attached to the left side of the TB with no P#, so it might be only sold as a set.

call around and ask if machine shops that bore out the throttle bodies will accept a core with a non-working TPS sensor.
