test pipe vibration
I just put my Berk test pipe on and when i tighteded the spring bolts on the header side i ran it all the way to the end of the threads and it didnt make it very tight so it's rattling when i idle down. anyone else run into this problem and how did you fix it. im thinking about just getting some washers and spacing the bolts out so the springs will hold everything better.
before you go out purchasing stuff...
I have an 07 and i purchased the Berks TP also. It did not fit correctly and i had to cut/weld/reflange it. Also you might need to do that spark plug fouler mod. because a CEL will trigger. even though they claim the built in 1 will work.

ill try it...got to let it cool off now...just got through with some spirited driving
the only thing about just re-tightening is that the bolts with the springs on it were down to the end of the thread...in other words it wouldnt go any tighter

Maybe you need some new bolts/nuts/springs.
