test pipe ?

yes, you'll get a MIL and no, the code it throws will not alter performance. If you don't have a means of altering the fuel or ignition, it's not worth the hassle if you get caught in Cali with one or the stinky smells associated with one. One more thing...car will be a lot louder/raspy.

it should be the radio back up fuse, but that will kill the beeping sound when your doors are open, reset your ecu everytime you start your car and may give you a slightly different idle and your AC will continue to turn on in the defroster mode if you changed it so it doesn't turn off. You can live with the MIL on, it's no big deal.
