Test Pipe?
On berks website it says there are high incidents of CEL on drive by wire 06-07 models anyone have any experiance or input on this? Does the CEL fix not fix the 06-07? Was on there site to purchase one when i saw that having second thoughts now
I just installed a j's test pipe - that has the o2 sensor hole already - disconnect the battery for 15 minutes to reset the ECU - you shold be sweet - no guarantees though.
If you do get a CEL warning light, there are fixes on here also (search CEL fix)
though mine is an 04, i gather there is the same risk for any model.

DBW itself may not. But maybe there were some other emissions measures put into the 06+ models. Maybe the ECU changes were only present in the 06+models. Since those models have DBW, maybe the website said all models with DBW were affected.
From The Berk Technology Website:
Large diameter 63.5mm piping (2.5in), full 304SS, & built in CEL fix. Includes new gasket & hardware. 06-07 S2000 with drive by wire have high incidents of CEL. 00-05 S2000's are 98% CEL free.

lol why dont you just leave the stock cat on? According to the manual, it's allready a high flow cat. Remember, you need air more than you need horsepower.
