that's a many fold question.
it can mean 20lbs of boost in a few minutes
10lbs daily possible with injectors and EMS

We are making 450whp@18psi on pump gas with our project car. We have put over 6000 miles on it at that level and we purposely abuse it to try to find the limitations. It is a stock motor with our 3mm headgasket. We strongly feel that they will support at least 550whp if not more.
thanks for reply!
question about the 3mm headgasket... does the timing chain tensionor have enough adjustment to makeup for the increased distance between the head and the block

Someone should do an altimate rod test!
Take stock/aftermarket rods.
Put them in one of thouse hydraulic machines that they use to crush blocks of cement to see how strong they are.
Set it in that machine, see how much weight they can hold before they bend!

I have the inline pro kit and at 18 psi and race gas I made over 500 hp but the thing with inline pro is they use an afc..... thats just a time bomb waiting to blow.... I have the set up that Jeremyinlinepro is talking about but with a few diff things for and my car runs fine and shows no sign of anything rong.... I talked to the owner of inline pro and he said they think it will hold up to 600 hp....
