Default Spark plug wire cover bolt help

Hey guys I need help taking this last allen bolt out. This is exactly why I don't let just anyone work on our cars. What do you guys suggest? I tried hammering a bigger size allen key but to no avail.

A larger allen and an impact.

EDIT: I mean a manual impact. Like this one: http://www.harborfreight.com/7-piece...set-93481.html It's a little more work because you have to hammer it but, it's not quite so hard on the parts.

How exactly do I use this? Do I also use the slightly bigger allen key that I have?

How exactly do I use this? Specific way? Also, do I use the slightly bigger allen key with this impact driver?

You're gonna have to find a slightly bigger allen than the hole that fits onto/into the end of the impact. Some more expensive impacts have socket ends, that one is just a cheap example.

You hold the impact in 1 hand and whack it with a hammer. Every time you hit it with the hammer it will twist a little (you should be able to feel the twisting). If it's twisting the wrong way then twist the collar to make the impact twist the other way.

Tack weld a large allen on it. Sometimes i cut a slot on a bolt and use a flat head as well.
