changing all fluids (oil, tranny, coolant, diff, brake) would be a start

check the air filter, replace if needed

check in cabin filter as well

check under the car for any rust or odd wear

Engine: 10w30

Tranny: Honda MTF or GM Syncromesh Friction Modified

Differential: Almasol LE-607 (do not buy honda diff fluid, they do not carry the right one)

Brake and Clutch Fluid: Honda Dot 3 (if you track the car or plan on it, then ATE Superblue or Motul)

Coolant: Honda coolant
