recommended oil for 00 em1?

recommended oil for 00 em1?
i have an 00 em1 and am currently using mobil 1 full synthetic. car has about 94k on the clock. should i be using this or something else? thanks

this has been covered a bunch of times just give it a search. . . but your good with that some might say your over doing it but just make sure you have a good filter to go with it and change it regularly and you will be fine
