Please post your alignment settings with rim/tire sizes/drop. This is mainly for members with aftermarket rims who are looking to try out new setups.

UK Alignment:

Front:
Caster Left = 6 degrees 45"
Caster Right = 6 degrees 45"
Camber Left = -1 degree 00"
Camber Right = -1 degree 00"
Toe Left = 0
Toe Right = 0
Total Toe = 0

Rear:
Camber Left = -2 degrees 00"
Camber Righ = -2 degrees 00"
Toe Left = 0 degrees 20"
Toe Right = 0 degrees 20"
Total Toe = 0 degrees 40"

Comments
- Gives my s2000 a more neutral feel.
- I rub with a 225 tire in the front though.
- Im also on a 2'' drop in all four corners.
- ce28's (17x7.5 +50 / 17x9 +63)

I want to add more -camber to the front or get ASM front fenders.

I am on the UK specs as well, but I am not sure how far I am lowered. I never measured before did the first or second drop.

Re: Official Alignment Setting Thread. (JDM knowledge)
My "track" settings. Stock '01 suspension (shock, spring, sway bar). Car may sit a touch higher since it's stripped. Car weighs about 2500lbs without driver 1/2 tank gas.

For reference, tires used 275s in the rear, 225s in the front.

Front:

Caster: 5.66 degrees
Camber: -2.00 degrees
Toe: 0"

Rear:

Camber: -2.25 degrees
Toe: 1/16" total (1/32" each side in)

Re: Official Alignment Setting Thread. (papa5murf)
also keep in mind when getting an alignment, it helps to sit in the car while the tech makes the adjustments since an extra 140-200lbs will make a difference on the specs.

Im 95lbs, but I am going to have the tech let me sit in the car because I plan to track my car once the new parts are bought.

Do you think ill have any issues if I increas the -camber in the front with the euro alignment? im thinking -1.5 or -2 in the front.

95lbs? wtf, eat more food.

As far as issues, that depends on your driving style. I don't think there is a perfect alignment setting. You're best bet is try different settings that you find ideal with your driving style at the limit of traction around a corner.

Re: Official Alignment Setting Thread. (Francesco)
Well I have stock ’02 S2000 wheels and suspension so this may not be pertinent but I thought I’d throw it out there anyways. I’ve had my s2000 for a little over one week and I’m already changing the settings; I thought the car had too much snap over steer for the street where I occasionally must lift in the middle of a blind high speed sweeper so I tried some setting that worked on my Miata. -1.0 deg camber, 0 deg tow in, 6.1 deg caster in front and -2.2 deg camber 0 deg toe in rear. This helped a tiny bit but not much so I replaced the 225/50x16 Hankook K104 rear tires with 245/45x16 Toyo TR1’s hoping to gain some grip at the rear but it actually over steared WORSE and it was a handful to keep straight at 90mph! After several hundred miles I checked my air pressure thinking the rear tires might be low and found they were at 45lbs (installed by Super Autobacs in Stanton CA) so I dropped them to 34lb’s and checked that the fronts were still at 32lb’s and all was right again. The car now feels perfect (personal preference) and I can it around at will with no fear of unintentionally looping it, great fun! I had no idea that the S2000 would be so sensitive to minor changes in tire pressure!

you'll get throttle lift oversteer in any car, even a front wheel drive car with 75% weight distribution over the front half of the car if you lift midcorner while accelerating (weight on the rear wheels regardless). There is NO alignment setting, tire pressure setting, limited slip differential type, shock/sway/spring combo that will change TLO.

I agree with you there. What setting I may like you may hate, and vice versa.

Rear:
Camber: -3*
Total Toe-in: 1/8"

Re: Official Alignment Setting Thread. (Francesco)
Front:

Caster: 6 dg
Camber: 1.2 dg
Total Toe: 0

Rear:

Camber: 1.8
Total Toe: 0

Stock AP2 wheels, Yokohama Advan A048s 225F/255R
00-01 AP1 spec anti-sway bars: 27.2mm F/R

I've grown to love the ZERO toe. It's neutral with a little throttle, tail happy with a lot.

have you encountered a bump midcorner while on the throttle? Bumpsteer was corrected slightly in the ap2

Re: Official Alignment Setting Thread. (evil vapor)
Bump steer has not been a problem at all, even if I hop a few candy stripes.
