if your car is stock, and you dont plan any major engine modifications, then you should stick with a stock set up since it might be the cheapest

Check the level of your clutch fluid.

It's probably your clutch master cylinder, it could be leaking. Check the fluid level. If it's low look for fluid under it in the bay AND inside the cabin. It's not that un-common on the S2000. If that is not check out the slave, then try bleeding.

You drive your car hard? You cant drive your car. Granny shiftin’, not double clutchin’ like you should. You’re lucky that hundred shot of NOS didn’t blow the welds on your intake.

I agree, i was going to spend $800 for a new clutch and labor then my friend looked at the fluids and all i had was a leak in the master cylinder, or was it the slave cylinder? Anyways make sure you check those before going for the full clutch job, saved me hundreds.

This is your clutch master cylinder, just wanna make sure you are in the right spot. (obviously not the blue FMU)

Here is where you bleed from.

If it comes to this, after the fluid check, I agree. I can get the OEM setup to slip on a hard 1-2 shift if I really try, but it borders on abusive technique. I doubt I am any quicker for it and it is not a problem often enough justify an upgrade to the PP. The stock setup is pretty good, not perfect, but pretty damn good.
