Isn't 7.50 minimum wage? You don't make less than that on paper I'm sure, they are just ****ing you over on flat rate so your not getting a fill hours worth of pay when you do work and hour.
He is a good kid though, just has no drive to do anything. It's a shame because he is pretty sharp but he doesn't apply himself in anything he does.

offered him 150$, could sell the valve cover / oil pan / injectors/fuel rail. and keep the head as a core to port

appears i came across a jewel but i'm uncertain as to what I should do. Theres a lot of interest in the longblock that I picked up for 200$. I have a solid offer at 600$ for the short block as long as the cylinder walls are good and the crank is undamaged (i have the extra crank as well).
Then I also have an offer for the head + bare block + pistons (so i can save the rods/crank to save separately) and he offered 600 as well.
It's a profit, but at the same time I could put 3-400$ into it and have a rebuilt longblock and sell it for a larger return.
i'm gonna see if I can titty twist 800 for the short block, i'd probably take it. gonna start taking it apart tonight.I'm also left with a lot of accessories afterwards too that'll make up the 200$ I spent originally. valve cover, knock sensor, oil pan, etc. lol

u guys r douche's. never ridden on the back of one dont think i would feel comfortable straddling another dude. i did how ever ride around on a buddys r6 i can c how it can be addicting esp wen u get comfortable on one.

i just did an oil change & some plugs/wires for the integra... along with a nice wash. got all the salt off and out from underneath the car, now the dent from when i got hit on the 1/4 panel AND the dents on my door from another incident (car was parked both times) look even worse. oh well... car's getting a semi-resto this upcoming spring.
full respray outside (jambs and engine bay are still perfect)
oem driver headlight (one headlight is a Depo replicrap)
possibly new taillights (unless i can re-seal them perfectly)
all new window moldings, trim, etc
new oem floor mats
new trunk carpet (oil spilled on the old one)
pass side fender liner (fell out last snow storm)
clean the engine bay, along with cleaning up every bracket/hose/tube/pipe/etc that needs restoring
should look brand new then
