Re: (Francesco)
Not trying to be a hater, but my friend installed a Vortech s/c kit on his car and I wasn't really happy with the result. It takes forever to hit full boost (6psi) and it doesn;t feel like the car has any ***** to it. Maybe its because I'm use to turbos cars, but I dont think it was worth the $5k he paid for. Just my 2 cents

Re: (Adriano)
Well i paid 2500
And I hit 7 psi at 8600 rpms.
But from stock to this is just amazingly difference. Yes I did have it turboed, but I switched to the SC just for the reliability factor and not having to use an aem ems.

Why didnt you like the EMS? If you got the AEM EMS tuned it should drive just as good as stock if not better.
And honestly, you should be using the AEM EMS with the vortech too - it will be much more reliable and faster.

Re: (liam821)
I wanted to keep my factory immobililzer
I did not want to pay 1500 to get it tuned when I bought the kit for a little more.
If I up the boost then I will go back to it, until then, the comptech kit has been very reliable on s2ki.com
