1) varies with the dollar amount you want to spend. do you want to spend 50 bucks? or 1500 bucks?
2) I have no idea what you are asking. but, to answer the question asked: no, an integra type r will not fit an S2000. there isn't much trunk space to fit a four seater car in an S2000.
