Whats the Engine code for an S2000...
Sorry for the stupid question. I think its a K Series or F series but is it like a K20A (Actually I believe thats the RSXR and RSXS?)

you are right, it is very similar to the K series. The K was built from the R&D on the F. The F20C was developed from the F20B in the Accord Euro R, which is similar to the H series.
Though the F20C and F20B share the F, they are almost completely different motors in every way. The F20C is more similar to the K than the F20B actually.
BTW, USDM and Greek MY04 S2000s use the F22C.
