opening along the seal... best way is to open it back up, clean it then re-seal... if not wait till it gets warm again then just seal it after sitting in the sun for a while baking...

damn i didnt know you could just do away with it. so once you bake it and pull it apart, how does the diffuser come out? what holds it in?
by the way you have the sexiest suzuka i have ever seen

^ Basically you take the headlight apart so that all is left is the headlight itself. bulbs out, HD ballast out. And you put it in the oven, you bake it. I'll look for a DIY for time and oven temp. Then you take it apart where the glue is. Clean it up. The Amber diffuser just pops out, it's attached by two or three clips (slide clips). And then you reseal it, make sure you have a couple of clamps, and clamp it down and let it sit for about 15-30 minutes. Then put the rest back together and back onto the car.
It's about a 4 hours process. This includes taking the lights off the car and putting them back on.

Here ya go. See the "S2000 Clear Diffuser Installation Instructions." Step-by-step. Oh, and NAKED FTW!

Well if you just need a temp fix to remove the condensation. Just remove the high beam bulb and let it sit in the sun for a while. I just left my high beam out all the time so i never had any water in there.
b20integrapower is right...or if you are in the cold damp north right now, you can still bake with the bulbs pulled out...frequently though...the condensation will go away from just the baking so you don't need to pull them apart.
If you do bake and pull apart DO NOT touch the chrome coating around the headlight lens...it will come off very easily.
Do get the condensation out soon though. If you let it stay in there, the water will collect at the bottom of the light housing and corrode the leads to the ballast distroying it.
