what is the best intake for $250, i did research and im still confused

There is no best intake unless you consider boost.

All filters on a stick do the same thing and they all give similar results.

Well, the ARC box or something rediculously expensive like that will yield better results that a "filter on a stick" but yea the oem box is free and it makes as much power as most.

Look on eBay and get a Spoon knock-off snorkle for about $100. The oem airbox is fine if you give it a source for cold air from a snorkle.
