Re: Taking headlight apart, What temperature? (Ruben19)
We did some strobe lights on a 08 tundra and when they drilled the holes in the headlight assemblies, all the drill shavings went inside the houseing, so i put my oven at about 120-130 for about 15-20 mins, then it was a little tough but they pulled apart. and i just used a clear rtv type silicon to glue them back together. Just when you have them in the oven, keep an eye on them, and they will be hot when you try to pull em apart. so have fun.

I've always had success with this:

200 Degrees for 10-12 minutes.

just leave it there and add more when you're ready to seal your lights back up
