comptech supercharger ? help...

comptech supercharger ? help...
my friend just had his car tuned at p1 auto... 
on the way home the tensioner pulley failed... (not because of the tuning)
so we have new tensioner pulley coming....
anyways, jack tuned the car extremely well,aem ems, new injectors, etc....
well jack told him that he could run 10 psi of boost if he wanted to. with the maps he programed...
now here is the question... where can we find a 10 psi pulley and the belt to go with it?
he had already upgraded to the 04 pulley which ups the psi to around 7 ish
