Default CHECK Engine light is on With my new intake

I just installed a AEM Intake and i can not figure out how to get the check engine light to go off. can anyone please help. ( i think it might be the Vacuum hoses)

If you're using the factory hoses, try flipping the one that goes to the grenade looking thing on the front of the car (the hose with the white plastic thing in the middle. sorry, i don't know the name). The hose only flows in one direction and i think thats why you're getting a cel. Hope that works, it worked for me.

on s2ki xviper is the master at diy, he has pictures off all the hoses.

I didnt realize an intake install could go haywire on an S2k. Suppose I havent done one yet. Uck.

Also note that if not secured properly, vacuum hoses can rub through on the belt, also causing a CEL. Oh and you have to find metric ones 'cos the .25" ones don't fit quite right! Good luck!

You have two vaccuum lines under your fuel rail. Flip them and then reset your ecu.
