I have seem a few AP1's chew up axles on autocross starts. It seems to be tougher for Pro Solo with its drag race start, but they seem to still last to a pretty high mileage like 75,000+

But this was on stock cars with r comps on them. Street tires should be somewhat easier on them, but again it all depends.
