Icon2 ap2 drivetrain?

Does anyone know the tranny code for the ap2? anyone find a decent short shifter and gears? its hard to find anything about or for the transmission. who builds the badass transmissions the pros use? or do they use other makes(ex: gtr sequential)

i notice when i shifting at low rpms (below 3000) the third has a slight bump before i slides in completely, am i the only one or does anyone feel that.

what breaks first on the whole drive system(trans, diff, drive shaft, axles)?

im going for the (turbo) 350 whp range as a daily driver and trying to keep the cost moderate

my plans: ACT sprung 6 puck clutch set
2.9 drive shaft shop axles
kaaz 1.5

any suggestions? it seems simple but i wanna get it right the first time.

If you are gonna daily drive and keep the cost low. Why are you gonna get axles and a Kaaz? gears are probably gonna be a waste of money also if you are thinking of boosting. PPG bog box is the way to go for your transmission.

ppg thats expensive! i wanna drive it hard but not too often for a ppg gear box, that would be nice. whats wrong with the diff and axles, i thought the stock **** suck to bad to use and those parts arent too expensive.

wtf puddymod diff? is it safe, i like things to be safe(r). i had it replaced a few months ago at the dealer with oem sh*t.

btw im not able to drive it right now because im not in the country but when i get back i have a bit of cash to play with. im doing the homework now so when i get back for a short vacation i can have every thing ready to go an tweek for a couple of days putting it on the a couple of days tuning and driving only to put it back in the garage to leave it for a year or so again.

i still dont get it what is a puddy mod diff, what puddy do you speak of? i down to spend the money for reliability. im only looking for 350 whp max until i get another motor to build down the road. ive read forums of tuners hating on stock drive train so i took its weakness into consideration. i remembered when i would bust axles on my crx from being lowered(2 1/2") and having 200whp so i figure treat this project daily driver a lil more serious.
