i just got my 2001 grand pirx white s2000 and the rear plastic window is NOT cracked yet! it has 35,000 miles. the window is sooo dirty and scuffed that i can barely see out of it. Does any one know what i can buy to clean the plastic? i dont have money to replace the top right now. thanks


also the car came with the jdm smoked diffusers in the headlights and i dont want that, i want the factory amber corners so if anyone wants to trade let me know.


also came with boston accoustics component speakers with kenwood excellon headunit. i have my own system sittin here im installing so if anyone is interested lemme know.

 

just save up some more cash and get the glass top conversion from robbins tops ! glass window

yea pretty much....
but in the mean time you can use Blue Magic plastic polish.. which is what i use... do it from the inside and outside and it will clear up a lot...

 

Or you can just replace the plastic window. Mine cracked and I got it done for $400 installed so. But dont go to the honda dealer for it. They tried charging me $2200

 

where did you get the plastic window replaced?

for that same $400 he can go with the ebay tops....

Buy Plexus.. I used it on my plastic window and worked great.

I need a new top too, want the rear glass window. Anybody know how much? Top and Installation?

 

s2ki is having a deal on them for 595 plus shipping and a install shop will probally do it for another 3 to 4 bills

 

Try 3m plastic cleaner or mequiars plastic cleaner. I prefer the 3m, I used it on my ap1, but the meguiars does work wonders as well.

you can polished it out, mine is clear and clean for 100k
