what's causing this???????
today----i pulled out the plugs--and its fouled black again--but this time---no fuel on the plugs-
could it be gaskets leaking???? causing fuel to leak out of the combustion chambers and its just burning oil--????
I leave the car out for bout hrs or so and then go back to start it up..its starts up but in a very bad way---chokes and idles very badly---then i floor the gas pedal and it starts up----but like stated before...i let the gas pedal goe---and engine dies---pull plugs out--and its fouled----smells like there's carb cleaner fluid in the combustion chambers---------i'm resetting everything and putting the p14 back on to see if its the p13 ecu.
if anyone knows what's going on---please help me out----don't want to get rid of the lude-----

***UPDATE***
today---monday 28, 2008....i have taken out the injectors----inspect it and well....don't know the difference---just notice that the top part that's attach to the fuel rail is wet soaking w/ fuel and the bottom end that goes into the engine is bone dry w/ deposits----don't know if that could be the cause of bad engine start up..???
can't be the pick up coil because i'm getting sparks thru all 4 cyclinders.....
i'm bringing the injectors to teh store to have them check it out to see if its functioning the way its suppose to be functioning. in the meantime---can someone point to me what i'm missing---
got sparks thru all 4 spark plugs--
got new plug wires--
new rotor
new dizzy cap
ecu went from p14 to p13
got fuel up to the rail; dont know if its getting thru the injectors

So the car runs fine with the p14 but runs like crap with the p13? If so it sounds like there might be something wrong with the ecu. Do you have a buddy with a prelude that you can swap ecus with to see if that is the problem?

ACIDCrakker---your idea cost me 100 big ones----you didn't read what i was writing did you. Spark plugs came out wet w/ fuel---meaning i got FUEL to my combustion chambers..... now what do you suggest--i get my tires rotated---that mite be the root of the cause----
aniwaise...its not the injectors----gonna do a compression test and then check timing....down to last 2 options now-----after this if everything checks out fine but engines keeps on doing the same thing....i'm gonna take out my 10lb sledge hammer and do some damaging.
