its located on the passenger side in front of the intake if you had a short ram. its mounted against the inside of the fender. some black wires coming from the bottom of it going to the rad, horns maybe? not too sure.

 

A picture would be really helpful.

the thing that is bolted down with a green wire coming from it. has some black wires coming from the bottom of it.

 

Looks like a relay to me...the ground is unrelated, it just happened to be used as a grounding point.

 

relay for? lights? i have a problem with the headlights on my car. It was loose so i just tightened it. Hopefully that solves the problem.

 

That looks like HID ballast wiring. I had originally thought the OP was wondering about the resonator chamber for the stock intake because there is a vacuum tube for the butterfly in it.

 

not talking about the hid ballast wiring. im talking about the white thing thats bolted to the inside of the fender.

 

Yes that is a relay/ground for the headlight.
