Default What does this switch do?

It is from a MDM (Mexican domestic market) -


?

Edit - From the page I found it on it looks like they are "height adjustable headlights" but my spanish is not good so I'm not sure.

which one the left one or toggle switch? toggle looks like a inside dimmer adjuster?

its a headlight dipper, your meant to lower it when you've got people in the back so you dont dazzle oncoming traffic with your dipped beam. thats if you mean the lower switchgear in the pic
