Or manual boost control, either one.... otherwise, leave it open and you'll run off the spring.

the one on the bottom goes to your turbo. the top one goes to a boost controller, either manual or electronic. If you don't have a boost controller, leave the top one to vent into the atmosphere so you'll be limited to the boost level of the spring setting in the WG (in your case, 7psi).

Since you have a manual boost controller, hook it up to the line coming from the top of the WG. Make sure to read the directions from your manual boost controller's packaging, as it can tell you how to completely turn it off (not increasing boost level past the spring on the WG). Once you have the BC set to zero, then you can start turning it (again, read the manual to know which way to bring the boost up/down).

If you're not tuned, i'd recommend either running an open WG (no boost) until you get the car properly calibrated.
