My vtec isnt pulling as good as it used to, it feels like its not even kicking in.I know to try and clean the screen in the solenoid but anthing else? Thanks.

any CEL?

 

Fill it up with Oil, V-tech loves oil...

 

try borrowing a buddies v-tec selenoid, if no difference than you have at least eliminated that as a problem.
